PROJECT BACKGROUND

For this project, Social Impact Studio Consulting, LLC partnered with the Penn State LION Mobile Clinic leaders to develop an operations and policy manual for their growing mobile clinic operations across central Pennsylvania.

In addition to developing the policy document and providing general strategic advice, we developed guiding principles for their partnership agreements, formalized and updated their clinic operations workflow, developed a new and improved scheduling form to support community and faculty requests, and drafted a protocol for operations during mass casualty events.
